[RWP] LameMP3 Encoder

Hi David,

I'm not sure that's the right location to place the Lame encoder.
Before my installation died, I seem to recall having Lame placed in
the same directory as the reaper.exe file... so c:\program
files\Reaper if you haven't modified it. Perhaps it's possible to dump
Lame in multiple locations to get the same result, but that location
was working here pre my current problem.

Just a thought, give it a whirl. Can't think why it would break stuff lol.
