[RWP] ReaAccess instalation error, "some components are missing"

I did write an article on this I wonder if I should revive the reaper 
access Wiki and make that article available?

At the moment the article is behind our paywall for the Audio 
fundamentals course run by the Cisco academy for the Vision Impaired.

Too many people stealing our course content :(
