[RWP] ReaAccess and Reaper Shortcuts

[Indigo]

Well, Jim, my experience so far with OCR was with a manual made with 
large pictures of panels, with labels all around the perimeter of the 
pictures, pointing to and explaining the controls.
What could an OCR do with a picture, so all I got was the labels in a 
list, and no way to tell what control they referred to.
But, if OCR will help find screen buttons in plugIns, then bring it on.
