[RWP] ReaAccess and Reaper Shortcuts

Yep, I'll definitely add that OCR to NVDA, in hopeds of locating more 
plug buttons.
I guess I could install Jaws 13, 14, whatever,  demo in my daw, to use 
its OCR, if the OCR works in the demo version.
