[RWP] ReaAccess and Reaper Shortcuts

true; but it's better than nothing , and works significantly in many plug-in 
windows , including Reason windows , at least to get a partial picture of 
what's going on , instead of hearing just "blank" , "blank" , or complete 
silence.
