[RWP] REAPER Access Keys

Interestingly, when in a dialog where you can set volume, arrows change 
volume by very small intervals, but Home jumps to infinitely high and 
end jumps to infinitely low volume, also Page up and down change volume 
by, I believe,  10 percent intervals per key press.

When setting values in Reaper's plug parameters; either left/right 
arrows; or down/up arrows change values by 1 unit; while home and end 
jump from 1000 to zero, while page up and down jump by 20 percent intervals.
Please correct these percentages If I mis remembered them.
