[RWP] ReaAccess and Reaper Shortcuts

Thanks, Jinsing.
I was grateful to find a list somewhere, and wasn't finding fault with 
the older llist, let's revise it and bring it up to date, for all the 
beginners who need to learn Reaper's shortcuts.
