[RWP] ReaAccess and Reaper Shortcuts

NVDA already has an OCR feature. However, it's not a built-in feature. 
Instead, it's an optional plugin or addon that can be installed into the 
latest NVDA versions via Addon manager. You can download the OCR plugin 
for NVDA on the NVDA project web site in a wiki section.
Keep in mind that NVDA uses free OCR engine that may not be precise as 
any comertial engine like ABBYY's or Omny (used by JAWS). It does a good 
job in some apps, but I never had luck with it inside plugins, because I 
get garbage text in most cases.
