Sure, something to know.
My current DAW is an Intel Core I7 3770K (3.5GHZ,) 16GB ram, 64GB OCZ
Vertex3 SSD for the OS, Windows 7 64-bit, Reaper 32 (still using some
old plugs that don't run under the 64-bit version,) Presonus StudioLive
16.4.2 digital console/audio interface, Focusrite Saffire Pro14, JBL
4311 passive monitors (from the mid 70's.)
This system runs like a... really good laptop from five years ago. Hmmm.
Yep, it has issues that I'm still trying to figure out. I'm starting to
think I should have invested in an actual DAW rather than trying to
build one myself. I did have much better luck with the last DAW I built
a few years ago, which was based on a Gigabite motherboard and an Intel
Core2 Quad Q9300.
