[RWP] ReaAccess and Reaper Shortcuts

do it with nvda; it'll work happily with ReaAccess 64-bit.
those cute little cats (nvda , System Access , Reaper) will eventually blow 
the big bloaters out of the water if the latters don't wake up quickly.
