[RWP] ReaAccess and Reaper Shortcuts

Maybe someone can revise the shortcut list.
I got it from the RWP archives, which saves everything, whether it's
wrong or right.
Still, it's the only attempt at a written out list I've found.
It's easy to tell beginners to press F12 for learn mode, but that's not
a convenient way to memorize the shortcuts, at least, not for me.
Thanks, Patrick for catching the mistakes.
I also noticed missing ReaAccess shortcuts I use every day.
The Reaper NumPad shortcuts also seem to be not included.
I'll revise the list including Patrick's corrections, and incllude ones
I know.
If anyone else finds errors, chime in; and I'll try to revise, as I can;
since a correct list would be helpful.
