[RWP] ReaAccess and Reaper Shortcuts

That whole keymap seems out of date anyway, or, at least, doesn't line
up with the way ReaAccess has done things. F9, for example, flips phase
on a track. Solo is f6, not f9. So, take that with a grain of salt. The
keymap lines up with the summary, so I think your confusion about
terminology here is warranted, unless a transient is defined as a split
in this instance. Um, yeah. Sure. I don't know either. Reaper is overly
verbose about things like that, in my observations.
