[RWP] ReaAccess and Reaper Shortcuts

Well, its a relief to know that the terminology has not been redefined out
from under me. but, what trips me up is that this keymap summary, and
others I have seen, all list control+left and right arrow as moving to the
next transient in items. But, what they actually do is move to the start of
the next or previous item. I don't see how transients are involved at all.
Anybody understand that?
