[RWP] Setting Up Reaper as a Phrase Recorder

Yeah, I wouldn't mind having the daw on 64 bits, but Window-Eyes is 
still my go to screenreader, and it still refuses to run both Reaper 64 
and ReaAccess simultaneously.
I tried all suggestions of moving a working 32 bit plugIns folder, 
various files, etcetera, into 64 bit Reaper, no joy.
What runs faster for you on 64 bits?
