[RWP] Setting Up Reaper as a Phrase Recorder

I just found the Recycle 2.0 manual and saved it to text.
I couldn't find a later version, but, all updates since 2.0 seem to have
been bug fixes, adding 64 bit support, and making it work better in a Mac.

I haven't added Sound forge as the default editor for Reaper yet, which
will come soon.
I always felt totally at home in Sound Forge, so I'll look at its Snap
to Grid, which will for sure be easier than Reapers audio snap to grid.
They're all the same: set sensitivity threshold; have it detect
transcients; have it slice the audio between transcients; snap the
transcients to selected grid; quantize value, in other words; then do
crossfades to glue the sliced transcients back together into a smooth
sounding audio file.
Reaper does all these steps, but you need to bring up each step 1 by 1,
while AutoSnap, Recycle, Sound Forge's Snap to Grid all will run the
steps with a couple of button pushes.
