[RWP] Setting Up Reaper as a Phrase Recorder

Recycle 2.2 has a new interface.
Haven't tried it yet, but I hope they didn't break version 2.1's  not 
too bad access.
I run everything on XP, so 2.1 probably is enough, somebody gave me 2.2.
Basically, bug fixes; 64 bit operation;  and better Mac compatibility 
are all that's been added from 2.0 to the current 2.3.
