[RWP] found an HSC set an VST plugin for reaper

The way HSC does this, is to find the corner of a window that contains the 
point of interest, and then figure out how many pixels down, and to the 
right, of that reference corner, the point of interest lies.  So, if that 
window gets dragged around, the hotspot goes with it, since HSC is assuming 
that the point of interest belongs to that window.  But, the mistake a lot 
of folks make, is to use the top left corner of the entire application as 
their reference.    So, when the smaller inner window gets moved, and the 
point of interest moves with it, HSC is still addressing the same old 
location, which is now out of date.
