[RWP] found an HSC set an VST plugin for reaper

I almost always use child window, and keep it away from the main app.

the one plug I tried, sfz, was completely different as far as cordinates.

And the guy who was helping me, though he means well, isn't the most 
thorough or technical person, anyone can make a mistake.

I never pursued it further, but may at some point.
