[RWP] found an HSC set an VST plugin for reaper

Jim, I find the preset button in FM8 while in Reaper's effects routing 
page, the page that a VST synth lands in after loading, by beginning at 
the screen upper left corner, then using Window-Eyes go to next clip 
command to find a certain silent graphic, just after the word disabled, 
meaning that the preset list is disabled.
Then, from that silent graphic, I move the cursor down 50 pixels and 
left 50 pixels, and I get coordinates
