[RWP] found an HSC set an VST plugin for reaper

I succeeded in making hsc sets made for Sonar to function also in Reaper by 
changing a few validation criteria.
usually it has to do with app names , window classes/ids/etc.
haven't yet tried more complex things; will keep you posted.
