Okay, so I shot of a quick email to Seratek about the 'Non seeing aspect' of 
System Access & REAPER, and they want to download the software and take a 
look....

They are not promising anything at the moment, but at least tis a start....

Yep, any screen reader with an off-screen model, I.E. Jaws and Window-eyes 
can see it with their respective cursors. And, as I said previously, all 
this can be seen in the tab order with any screen reader using Windows XP. 
Explorer for Windows 7, and I assume Vista as well, seems to be what breaks 
that.
