[RWP] Clone Ensemble plug in

It's Alvin again. :) 
Thanks for your info in regards to my earlier inquiries about using VSTs
in Reaper. 
I ran across this plug in called Clone Ensemble.

It's shareware, and it provides a choir effect from what I can
understand. It has a blind friendly screen reader version of the software
as well.
My questions are has anyone used it, and which version should I download?

They have two. A directX version and the VST version, or both? Does it
make a difference?
