Hi Matt,
I've tried different recreations of Hammond for about 12 years and it seems the best one is Charlie. It is made by Ultimate Sound Bank (USB):

In addition they have fine organs in Plugsound vol. 1 Keyboards.
Now they changed the names of these instruments and offer new UVI engine but it is almost inaccessible, so i recommend you to find the old Charlie 1.1 and Plugsound vol. 1 or the plugsound box.
Yes, there the soundfont (don't remember its name), but you need to add some plug-ins to make its sound thick and mighty, so please, look for Charlie and its brothers.
