[RWP] general inquiries and free audio programs found via Wikipedia

Hi Alvin,

Reaper should run any VST plugIn.
Just paste in it's dll, or do its install routine, and have it go to 
your usual place you keep VST plugs, then, if Reaper doesn't detect it 
automatically and display it among the other plugs, force a rescan.
In options/preferences, shortcut ctrl+P; arrow to VST PlugIns; then tab 
down to Clear and Rescan.
Press enter if that works on your screenreader.
In Wineyes, I need to route to the number pad and left click there.
Then the rescan begins; I wait; and the new plug then shows up in 
Reaper's VST folder.
Most of the time, Reaper detects any new plug automatically.
