[RWP] Even paid NCH Software Programs Install Crapware

I can understand why freeware programs want to install these things.
as annoying as it is, they need to find ways to make money from the
people that don't want to or cannot donate. I really don't think this
should be the case for paid programs, though. *sighs*.
