[RWP] Running Total Recorder 8.4

[Indigo]

I gave up on total Recorder 8.4.
Too many hassles, plus it caused my windows sound scheme to default to 
the original microsoft sound scheme; again and again
Total Recorder version 7 seemed to be better at first, but had its 
hassles too.
I'll buy the NHS SoundTap for $29, which worked flawlessly in the demo.
