[RWP] changing the way ReaAccess reports track panning

OK, I have found how to change the default pan display. No idea how it 
got changed, but here it is.

In Reaper preferences, go to the VU Meters/Faders branch of the 
treeview, then find the Pan fader unit display combo box. It's the last 
one there. By default, it is set to 100%L .. 100%R. The other option is 
-90dB .. +90dB, which is where mine was sitting.
So, there you have it. That was fun.
