[RWP] changing the way ReaAccess reports track panning

Thanks, Patrick.
I'll look for some global setting that routes tracks to outputs, though
I don't ever remember one.
Setting a track's output to my soundcard's outputs in IO Routing doesn't
save with project settings, I tried that.
When I delete that synth, then exit and save the project, next time I go
in and insert a new soft synth, its output is not assigned.
It's a mystery!! smile.
I'm not a total believer in cause and effect in this universe, maybe
that's my problem.
