[RWP] changing the way ReaAccess reports track panning

Oh, just in case it matters, I tried using alt left/right, and it also
reports panning in DB instead of percentage, so whatever I did, it's
very much global. Again, I kind of like it, but I'd love to know how to
toggle it.
