[RWP] changing the way ReaAccess reports track panning

I don't like using the alt arrow things, because it takes forever to get
where I'm going. In this case, either in the track view or when an item
is highlighted, then tabbing to pan.

As to your other question, the only thing I can possibly think of is
that your master track is going to channels that aren't routed to
whatever the final output stage of your interface is, and that's been
set to default, or new tracks aren't being routed to master in the first
place. There are other possibilities, but that's the first thing I'd
look for.
