[RWP] changing the way ReaAccess reports track panning

Where were you positioned in Reaper; when you read pan values, in the
track options at the tab key, or in the items menu or where?
In Wineyes, I adjust pan and volume with the default Reaper alt+arrows
shortcut; left and right for pan, up and down for volume.
It also works in NVDA.
I use it in track view and in the effects routing page, the only place
that shortcut doesn't work is if you're in the shift+p parameters list.
If you discover how to get panning in db's, let us know.

I posted, but don't know if you noticed it, but do you have a clue why I
now need to go to IO routing and assign audio output to my sound card's
outputs for each soft synth I insert.
I definitely never needed to do that previous to a lockup in Reaper 4.21.
Before that, all soft synths came up playing, no audio output assignment
required.
I've installed 4.22, but the little annoyance persists.
I can restore factory default settings, I suppose, but I'd rather learn
the cause.
Thanks,
Indigo L
