[RWP] bypassing a track effect for certain items, is it possible?

wow, we definitely need to add automation to a list of things that 
need work, whether that's for ReAccess, or to ask the developers to 
do something to make it more accessible. Automation is pretty 
important when it comes to modern mixing.
