[RWP] Jim, your scripts for Reaper

I looked at the actions list, which has several thousand possible
actions, only a few hundred of which already have shortcuts assigned,
and if you want even more actions, the Standing Waters Studios .sts
extension provides thousands more.
Those are also very simple to pair shortcuts to actions; like joining
them with a punctuation mark.
Assigning standard Reaper actions it's as simple as scanning through the
actions list; finding the action you want; and typing a un used
shortcut into an edit box and hitting okay.
I know at least a part of ReaAccess is just assigned actions, because
Ivan changed some standard Reaper assignments, like in standard Reaper
ctrl+R begins recording; while the letter R toggles repeats, just the
opposite of what Ivan assigned.
