[RWP] Jim, your scripts for Reaper

I've found Reaper 4.21's media explorer in Window-Eyes, Jaws 13 and 
NVDA, though I didn't know where I was in NVDA.
I could navigate and play files with mid and numPad arrows in Jaws and 
Winize.
, In my own Reaper Media folder, I have no sub folders, so don't yet 
understand how to move from folder to folder.
I'll create some subfolders in there and learn to move into  and ack out 
of them.
