[RWP] Translating rea-access

In theory yes, there's probably a system in place for this as Ivan
maintained Russian and English versions alongside each other with
ease. In practice though, I don't see a way to add additional
languages without Ivan, because nobody has deep enough access to
ReaAccess under the hood.
