[RWP] Playing a selected part of a wave file.

A little concern about using auto HotKeys for finding graphical items. 
Granted, stuf that works, howevef slowly, is better than stuff that doesn't 
work at all.
But, that process, searching for a pixel pattern,  has the risk of being 
painfully slow.
