[RWP] And the Reaper access wiki is live

I enabled the midi devices pretty much the same way as you did in win eyes, 
except with the JFW version of those commands.
Essentially you can select the device you want in the combo box, then go to 
jaws cursor, arrow around until you find that devices name, left or right 
click, I don't remember which, using the mouse buttons on the num pad or 
your laptops mouse buttons, and it'll open the config window.
Once that window is opened, you have no problem with using regular tab and 
so on.
Not really a hassle if your used to doing things with JFW.
