[RWP] mongering vst's from the keybord

I can't solve the speaker problem, but just a little while ago I pressed 
ctrl+P to go to Reaper's options/preferences, then down arrowed all the 
way down to the bottom of the list to a catagory called something like 
External Audio Editor.
At the tab key I found buttons for Add, Remove, Browse, which should let 
you configure your favorite audio editor to work with Reaper
In Window-Eyes, I've not always got a response from those add, remove, 
buttons, with the enter key, so needed to route them to the number pad 
and left click them there.
