[RWP] And the Reaper access wiki is live

This is a problem, creating directions that are screen reader independent. 
Frankly, if you choose to get right down to which key to press, that's 
probably impossible.
And we don't really want documentation that is complicated by lots of, if 
you are using jaws, if you are using NVDA, if you are using blinkies bit 
blat, etc etc.
That interferes with the flow of concept, which really troubles limited 
brains like mine.
NVDA does have flat mode, which does give some limited ability to do mouse 
clicks on things.  But, NVDA users know all about that.

So, maybe if we just generalize those statements a bit, we can get around 
it.
Indigo, As for your statements about limited time and energy, man oh man, 
can I relate to that in spades. I'm with ya, brother.
And I have a great dog, a golden retriever who just had a bath.  And, I have 
my priorities.  <grin>

But, I'm a jaws user.  So, if you have some things you want me to review, 
and edit for generalization, I can sure put it in the queue here.
