[RWP] And the Reaper access wiki is live

They do give examples but here is a summary.

Heading level 1 2 and 3 are the things you see on webpages for example a 
heading level 3 separates goodle search results.

An unordered list is a list with bullets on it so
* cheese
* biscuits
* milk
* bread

Is a list with bullets on the items and no numbers.
Replace * with # and you get numbered items 1 2 3 4 ...

pre-formatted text means when you put something like this
  line 1
  line 2
  line 3

note the leading spaces it will show as
line 1
line 2
line 3

If you don't pre-format it and just put
line 1
line 2
line 3

It will show as
Line 1 line 2 line 3
and the lines will wrap at the width of the window.

seriously, play in the sandbox and see how you go. It's just plain text 
with a little bit of punctuation to mark it up.
