[RWP] Wiki progress update

I bet you all thought I had forgotten about our reaper accessibility 
wiki? As a matter of fact I have begun to configure it this evening and 
should have it ready to run in about a day or so.
There will be an edit password to prevent spam, however the edit 
password will be easily findable from the search form on the wiki by 
looking for
"reaper wiki edit passwored"

file uploads will not be permitted unless there is huge demand for them 
link off to them somewhere else.
Links and docs are easy to write, basic editing guides are to the point 
and easy.
