[RWP] Reaper 4.20 Seems Even Faster

I just took some prelimenary peeks at familiar midi edit areas of Reaper

Way too many new things to do and learn for any 1 lifetime, but I can 
hardly wait until every fader and button around here controls something 
in Reaper!
