[RWP] Adjusting Parameters of Certain Plugins

Roy, I just never noticed before, but running NVDA, in the Windows 
control panel Sounds, advanced volume, left arrow and down arrow both 
lower volume , right arrow and up arrow both raise volume.
So, it's not just in Reaper's sliders,both sets of arrows could be  used 
elsewhere in Windows.
