OK,

I figured it out...

I'm using system access...

1. Set all of the parameters for each track,...such as "midi out", 
"midi channel",...ect...

2. press "f", to pull up the effects window...

3. Set all of the parameters in this effects window for each 
track,...You will need to put a seperate effect for each track...

4. close the effect window...


5. Highlight the tracks where you want to set the volume,...use the up, 
down arrows to put the focus on the track...


6. press "control", plus, "shift", plus, "right arrow",...This will 
select the whole loop item for the track...


7. use the "tab" key to navigate to the "item volume,...Then use the 
"page up", and "page down" to move the volume in larger steps,...Use 
the "up", "down" arrow keys to move volume in smaller steps...

(press "enter", to close the window)




(You will see two volumes,...one for the "item", and one for the "take"...)



8. Save the project to keep the settings intact...



This works great for system access,...I don't know about other screen 
readers...
