[RWP] Adjusting Parameters of Certain Plugins

I hate to say it, because I'm getting to be a Jaws fan now, but both in 
NVDA and Jaws 13 demo; when I hold down an arrow key I don't get values 
spoken immediately upon letting go of the arrow key, but Wineyes 6.1 
reports the value immediately; making quick scrolling useful.
I guess here's a situation  for your spotting up skills.
