[RWP] Reaper 4 and ReaAccess

It is. When u reinstall reaaccess, make sure NVDA is checked, & it'll
put the appropriate files in the reaper plugins folder for u. If I
recall the thread from the midimag, it was nvdacontrol.dll or
something like that.
