In my opinion, your ties too wide.


No, really, the peak level is popping up around -4db in sound forge.  But, 
that is because the kick and snare are too hot, causing shart dynamic peaks.
The level has to be scaled such that the loudest levels don't clip.  But, 
the more contrast there is between the kick/snare hits, and the overall bed, 
the lower the overall bed will have to be in order for there to be headroom 
for the percussion peaks.
