[RWP] introduction and a question?

I don't know how to set up a Reaper Wiki.
All the Wiki topics I read, like on Wikipedia,  are too exact and 
scholarly for our current knowledge of how to run Reaper with ReaAccess, 
but we need to begin somewhere.
Wikis work for many other topics, and  aren't abused very often, for 
some strange reason.
Sure, Kerry, if you know how to set it up; go for it.
