[RWP] Little Reaper Experiment in Smaller ogg File

Here's the same pretty  midi file, not my composition, alas, that I'm 
experimenting with, to learn Reaper, re recorded straight into ogg, so 
no rendering is required to save it to ogg.
No way to compare the clarity of uncompressed 24 bit wave to any 
compressed media, but to me ogg doesn't sound more ragged than most of 
the top 40 tracks.
