[RWP] introduction and a question?

no reliable way of measuring it, but I'm going to guess somewhere in the 
60MS, perhaps 75MS range.
maybe longer I'm not 100 percent sure, but it's pretty short, just enough to 
be highly anoying and unusable.
even 4MS would be noticeable though I suspect.
